I worked for this company 3x my own mistake obviously but anyways the driver is always the bad guy never whiney Reba or Tammy's fault (the 2 so called dispatchers) they say ur getting 50 cents per mile but ur not 18 cents of that is per diem the last time I ran 4 them I literally had to go on 1099 cause no money was being made and still only brought home 800 a week the owner can never answer u he's an gamboholic that stays in Florida I got robbed in Chicago Illinois while I was asleep and they put it on my dac report stating it was my fault wen Tammy the dispatcher clearly called me 2 weeks later stating another 1 of our drivers got robbed at the same location they'll keep ur escrow wich is bs from the start u have to drive to orientation nothing to eat nor reimbursement just let this company fall out of business because this company don't deserve anything there selfish liars that ruin ur career I got all proof as well o also owner just had to sign on with another company because he is broke

Ive been here since July 28th,2023. 120,000 miles since i started with a weekly average of 3155 miles a week. I'm happy, satisfied and love driving.

Doesn't let you know that your Drug test results returned so you can plan to attend orientation.They do not provide transportation to orientation.If you do fnd your own way there... good luck if they say they will have someone come and get you, you'll end up waiting forever for them... then tell ya they forgot about ya....They will repeatedly make you feel dumb, uneducated... basically an idiot to cover their own mistakes.... typical its never their fault always the drivers fault.They will claim they called you several times and it's always important to answer your phone... however they don't leave voice-mail message, and they also don't put a message over their useless omnitrac unit....They don't know what a t-call macro isThey don't have a orientation here.They do not offer meals, accommodationsTrucks,Trailers are not new as stated... many have over 600,000 miles on them and show signs of abuse, neglect.They are not up to par with technology... they don't use transflo... not even trippak...so good luck getting paid weekly by this company...They do not get you home on time as they claim they will....Pay per mile is not reflective of your experience.... it's not competitive with other carriers.They will give your phone number out to any broker they use without your consent or knowledge... therefore you'll be woken up and harassed by numerous phone calls wanting updates..... basically pissing you off!!They will just up and leave and not care if your taken care of or have all you need during first day there... I didn't have a mattress in truck or anything.... and I went to go find someone... hell everyone had left for the day.... no care at all... I had to call and piss of the safety manager who had to come back to the terminal over an hour away to attempt to handle my issue....Just not a driver friendly family company... they just don't give a damn!!!

Owner very hard to work for plays games and doesn’t send your paycheck, answer phone or texts. Lots of phone calls to get the check that should have went direct deposit but they canceled that wouldn’t let me pick it up said it had to be mailed after almost 2 additional weeks they finally let me pick it up. Owner likes to throw out that he’s a former police officer, idk if he thinks that changes anything you still have to pay the people who worked for you.
